Why continuously my photo book cancelled?

Dear Mr and Mrs.,


I purchased my photobook twice at 4th and 12th, october.


however, after 2 or 3 days, always cancelled without my permission.


Somebody help me to solve this problem.

Which Print Products store are you using? There is no Print Products Store in South Korea, as far as I can see.

So you must be using a store in a different country. Do you have an Apple ID with a billing address and delivery address, plus credit card in a different country?
